Our Customer satisfaction is our Top Priority! If you are unsure about sizes or have any other questions regarding our products, please do not hesitate to contact us before placing your order.

Making a Return?

We Need to be Contacted within 7 days of delivery. We're happy to accept the return and send Refund of your order ( Excluding shipping fees) if we are contacted  within 7 days of the order delivery date. All returned items MUST be in new, and unwashed condition. 
Any product(s) that have been custom-made Color, Size and Style, resized, damaged, with stains, visible wear, smells, or Animal hair/Human hair will NOT be accepted for Exchange or Return.

Return Shipping fees Must be paid by the customer + (Us$12 restocking fees per item ordered).

Items not eligible for a refund:
-All shipping charges.
-Clearance items (These are final sale!).
-Items from Accessories collection like BANDEAU or Jewelry
-Any return application email submit over 7 days of receiving your item.
-Items not received in their original condition and/or items with tags removed.
-Items in Custom Color and Size is NOT available to return or exchange.
-The Custom style based on the picture you provided (dresses from our collections but modified details according to the request also regarded as a custom-made style).

REQUESTING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1.Drop us an email with following details:
-your name
-your order number ( can be found on your confirmation email, shipment email )
-the item(s) you would like to return/exchange
-the reason for the return/exchange
2.We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
This RMA number must be written on the outside of the package when you return the dress. Any package returned without an RMA number on the outside of the package will be automatically refused by our returns department.Customer need to provide us with the tracking number of the returned package. Returns must be postmarked within7 days of the date you received your RMA number.
3.We highly recommend you to keep the tracking record for all returns as we are not liable for loss or damaged returned parcels.
4.Once we receive the package we will check the content and must comply with the conditions mentioned above, then we will refund the price of your ordered products Minus (Us$12 restocking fees per item ordered).

 

Making an Exchange?

Love it but need a different size, color...? We're happy to exchange within 7 days of Delivery and as long as the item is In New Condition. Any product(s) that have been custom-made Color, Size and Style, resized, damaged, with stains, visible wear, smells, or Animal hair/Human hair will not be accepted for Exchange or Return.

-We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or pattern. We are unable to accommodate exchanges for different items at this time.
-Return Shipping fees Must be paid by the customer + (Us$12  restocking fees per item ordered).

REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE
1.Drop us an email with following details:
-your name
-your order number ( can be found on your confirmation email, shipment email )
-the item(s) you would like to return/exchange
-the reason for the return/exchange

2.We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. And Send to the customer a payment invoice of Us$12 for restocking fee.

3.Customer need to provide us with the tracking number of the returned package. Returns must be postmarked within7 days of the date you received your RMA number.
We highly recommend you to keep the tracking record for all returns as we are not liable for loss or damaged returned parcels.

4.Once we receive the package we will check the content and must comply with the conditions mentioned above, we will ship you the replacement as we discussed if the restocking fee has been paid.

Faulty Or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us immediately at hello@worntolove.com and we will assist you with any issues.

Cancellations

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel a purchase, including pre-orders, as we are unable to cancel it once the order has been processed at the warehouse. For custom-made orders, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order.

Please note that we do not accept returns for a refund if you did not receive your order in time for a specific event.

Please note that returns of 10 pieces or more on a single order will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
